Saatchi Art is pleased Smokey Joe was a great pitcher in the early Negro Leagues and is a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame. This painting is 72" x 30" and was sold through a gallery in Baltimore to an unknown purchaser. Hopefully, it has found a good home, as it is one of my favorites.
